Four towers, a hotel and units handed over furnished down to the cutlery

Artesia stands out for a choice that's rare in Dubai: every single unit is delivered fully furnished, fitted with appliances and even stocked with kitchen utensils. DAMAC Properties structured the project as four towers within DAMAC Hills. Tower A houses a hotel, while Towers B, C and D contain serviced apartments. Each building sits on a ground floor, a podium level and twenty eight residential floors. The project was completed in late February 2021, making it an asset that's already operational, unlike most DAMAC launches that are still off plan.

The podium level holds most of the amenities. There are outdoor pools, a spa, a fitness and wellness center, plus separate leisure zones for kids and adults. At the base of the towers, shops, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies cut down on everyday errands. Covered parking and shared common areas round out the offering. All of this follows DAMAC Hills' overall logic: a master development built so residents rarely need to leave the community.

Run by DAMAC Hotels & Resorts

The developer's hospitality arm, DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, runs six upscale addresses in Dubai under the DAMAC Maison and DAMAC Maison Royale brands. Artesia fits squarely into this serviced residence model. In practical terms, an owner can hand their apartment over to hotel management rather than handling rentals themselves. This setup appeals to buyers who live outside the UAE and want rental income without direct involvement. It's also what sets Artesia apart from the purely residential projects elsewhere in DAMAC Hills.

Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road within reach

DAMAC Hills connects to Dubai's major southern arteries, including Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road. Mudon, Remraam and Reem sit nearby, and downtown remains reachable despite the location's distance from the center. Schools, nurseries, medical facilities and shopping malls are all close by. Dubai Miracle Garden, the Dubai Camel Racing Club and Motor City rank among the area's points of interest. Al Maktoum International Airport, set to expand significantly, sits in the same southern quadrant, a mid term plus for the area.
