Lucretia Immobilier is the controller of the personal data collected via this site. For any question: contact@lucretia-immobilier.com.

Data collected

Via the contact form: name, email address, telephone number, market of interest, budget and message. No sensitive data is requested.

Origin and technical data, attached to your request when you submit a form — whether or not you accepted cookies: parameters of the campaign that brought you to the site (Google/Meta/Microsoft advertising click identifiers, UTM parameters, landing page, referring site, click date), device type, browser (user agent) and the status of your cookie choice. Audience and advertising statistics (pages viewed, conversions) are only collected with your consent — see the “Cookies and trackers” section. An anonymised (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address is also kept for at most 7 days, solely to protect our forms against abuse (rate limiting). Your IP address itself and the approximate location it indicates (city, region, country, time zone) are recorded with your request, in order to qualify it (relevant market, suitable calling hours) and to prevent abusive submissions — on the basis of our legitimate interest. The IP address is erased after 6 months; the approximate location remains attached to the request.

Purposes

Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, support you with your investment project and follow up on the commercial relationship. It is never sold to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (contact form; cookies and advertising trackers) and on Lucretia's legitimate interest in responding to your requests and in attributing each request to the advertising campaign it came from (measuring the effectiveness of our campaigns, including offline).

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to Lucretia's advisers and to internal customer relationship management tools. Transfers outside the European Union (United Arab Emirates, Indonesia) may take place, governed by appropriate safeguards.

Retention period

Data is kept for the time necessary to process your request and then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations, for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Origin data attached to a request is kept with it, for the same period. As an exception, IP addresses are erased after 6 months — both the one recorded with your request and those recorded when you open a document we send you; the anonymised fingerprint that protects our forms is erased after 7 days. The approximate location remains attached to the request.

Cookies and trackers

Subject to your consent (banner shown on your first visit, except when you land directly on a project page; your choice remains available at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page), the site uses third-party trackers: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement: pages viewed, origin of visits, aggregated statistics), Google Ads (conversion measurement and advertising remarketing) and the Meta pixel — Facebook/Instagram (conversion measurement and targeted advertising). These tools are provided by Google Ireland Ltd and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd; data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

Until you accept, no Google measurement or advertising cookie is set. The Meta pixel, however, is loaded from your first visit (_fbp and _fbc cookies); if you click “Refuse”, or later “Manage cookies”, it is disabled and stops sending anything. Google tools then run in “consent mode”: cookieless requests containing the URL of the page viewed and technical data (browser, IP address) are sent to Google for statistical modelling, without any persistent identifier. In addition, the parameters of the campaign that brought you to the site (Google/Meta click identifiers, UTM parameters, landing page) are stored in your browser: for a maximum of 30 days if you accepted cookies, otherwise only for the duration of your browsing session. In both cases they are attached to your request if you submit a form (see “Data collected”).

Retention periods: your choice (acceptance or refusal) is kept for a maximum of 13 months, after which you are asked again. Cookies: _ga / _ga_* (Google Analytics) 13 months and _gcl_* (Google Ads) 90 days, set after acceptance; _fbp and _fbc (Meta) 90 days, set from your first visit unless refused.
