Ellington's footprint in southeastern Dubai continues to grow
The Hillgate joins Windsor House, Windsor House II, Riverton House and Eltiera projects in Ellington's expanding portfolio outside the Marina and Downtown core. The developer has built a reputation for mid-market pricing paired with above-average finishes and community amenities.
