Altan combines two formats rarely found together in a single building at Dubai Creek Harbour. The tower comprises a basement, a ground floor with the lobby, three podium levels and 53 residential floors. At the top of the scheme sit six three-bedroom townhouses with built-up areas ranging from 4,080 to 4,166 square feet, each with a private rooftop terrace and direct park access. Emaar Properties is behind this project in Green Gate, the most heavily landscaped district of the master plan. The full unit count breaks down into 211 one-bedroom apartments, 210 two-bedroom apartments, 52 three-bedroom apartments and the six townhouses.

Green Gate sits along the Creek and borders the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, home to flamingos. Payment spread across eight instalments through handover

Emaar spreads payments across the full construction period. Buyers pay 10% on booking, followed by six instalments of 10% each between July 2025 and October 2028, tied to construction milestones (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% complete). The remaining 20% is due at handover, set for July 2029. The structure is standard for Emaar, with no post-handover plan, but stretching payments over nearly four years eases the cash flow burden. Prices start at AED 1.81 million for a one-bedroom unit and reach AED 6.95 million for a townhouse.

Who Altan is built for

The mix of unit types targets several buyer profiles within one building. The one and two-bedroom apartments, which make up the bulk of the scheme, appeal to young professionals and expat couples looking for a waterfront address close to Downtown. The three-bedroom units, and especially the townhouses, target families who want house-sized space with the services of a tower. Walkable access to schools and the green setting of Green Gate reinforce that family appeal. For investors, the scarcity of the townhouses (just six) makes for a bet on a standout resale at handover.
