About this project
The last greenfield site on Sheikh Zayed Road now has a tower
Sheikh Zayed Road ran out of buildable land years ago. SOL Luxe claims the final vacant plot on Dubai's twelve-lane spine, a road that has defined the city's growth for three decades. The 63-storey structure blends residential floors, office space and ground-level retail into a single vertical community. SOL Properties targets handover in late 2028, with freehold units priced from AED 2.7 million to AED 25.4 million. DIFC metro station sits one minute away on foot, placing Burj Khalifa five minutes out and DXB airport fourteen.
Travertine walls and Armani Grey marble floors
The lobby borrows its palette from contemporary art galleries. Travertine lines the walls, smoked oak frames the joinery, and Armani Grey marble covers the floor in a matte anthracite finish. Bronze horizontal bands wrap the façade, creating a visual rhythm visible from the boulevard. Curved tinted glazing deflects heat without darkening interiors. SOL Properties describes the approach as zen-inspired, though the execution leans toward Japanese minimalism filtered through a European luxury vocabulary. Dark wood and natural textures carry the same language into each residence.
3.8-metre slab-to-slab height across residential floors
Apartments feature a 3.8-metre slab-to-slab dimension, leaving roughly 3.2 metres of habitable clearance after dropped ceilings. This exceeds the 3-metre average common in nearby towers. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens onto Burj Khalifa to the east or the Arabian Gulf to the west. Studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts form the residential mix. Every unit includes a terrace, and finishes rely on natural textures paired with dark wood millwork. Views from upper floors capture Downtown, Burj Al Arab and the city skyline in a single frame.
Rooftop amenities on level 62 and above
Level 62 gathers the residential amenities. An infinity pool overlooks the skyline, with a sculpted jacuzzi extending from the main basin. The spa includes a steam room, sauna and treatment cabins. Two yoga spaces coexist, one indoors for summer sessions, one outdoors for cooler mornings. A rooftop mini-golf course occupies a landscaped terrace, while the glazed gym offers panoramic views during workouts. Children have access to a dedicated pool, an indoor club and a shaded outdoor play area. Lounge zones and barbecue pits complete the rooftop program.
Office floors with coworking and conference facilities
Lower levels house flexible office plates oriented toward Sheikh Zayed Road's traffic flow. SOL Properties fitted a shared conference room, a coworking zone and a gaming lounge for employee downtime. This mixed-use programming aims to keep the tower occupied from early morning until late evening, generating constant footfall in the lobby and shared spaces. Retail units at ground level benefit from direct visibility onto the road, capturing both pedestrian and vehicular attention. The blend of functions positions SOL Luxe as a vertical micro-district rather than a single-purpose residence.
Five minutes to Dubai Mall, seven to DIFC
Geography places SOL Luxe equidistant from Dubai's economic and cultural hubs. DIFC reaches in seven minutes, Business Bay in ten, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Boulevard in five. Dubai Opera sits seven minutes away, drawing an audience for live performances. Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf remain accessible in under twenty minutes. For families, Horizon English School lies eight minutes out, GEMS Wellington thirteen. Medcare Women and Children Hospital and Burjeel Hospital round out the healthcare access. This centrality partly justifies the elevated entry price.
