Below, a Trump-managed hotel occupies the lower levels while a members-only club spans multiple floors with its own spa, cigar lounge and signature bar. Handover is scheduled for late 2031. Ownership is freehold, open to foreign buyers. Members-only club with annual fee, residents get priority
The Trump Members-Only Club sits at the heart of the tower's value proposition. Membership requires an annual subscription, creating a gated social environment. Facilities include a spa and wellness centre, a private lounge, a cigar lounge, a signature bar, a pool deck with café, a restaurant with private dining and a meeting room. Residents receive priority access but outside members can join too. The model replicates Trump clubs in the United States and Scotland. The tower crowns itself with just two penthouses, both duplexes. DarGlobal explicitly references the Trump penthouse on New York's Fifth Avenue as the design inspiration. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames both the Arabian Gulf and the Downtown skyline. Buyers get private elevators, bespoke finishes and materials selected individually for each unit. These two apartments target ultra-high-net-worth individuals seeking a trophy asset with global brand cachet. Below them, standard residences range from one to three bedrooms, spread across floors 19 to 56 depending on layout.

Location defines this project. Trade Center 1 sits exactly where Sheikh Zayed Road feeds into Downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are a two-minute drive away. The Dubai International Financial Centre, home to banks, hedge funds and law firms, is eight minutes north. The Museum of the Future takes ten minutes to reach. Whether that claim survives construction timelines elsewhere remains to be seen, but the marketing intent is clear: superlative positioning. DarGlobal enters Dubai with a global luxury brand strategy
DarGlobal, a Saudi developer listed on the London Stock Exchange, specialises in branded residences. Previous partnerships include Missoni, Pagani and Aston Martin for projects in Oman and Morocco. This marks the company's debut in Dubai, using the Trump Hotels franchise as its entry card. The developer targets Gulf, European and Asian buyers seeking branded second homes. Pricing sits above comparable unbranded towers nearby. The bet is that brand premium will outweigh the lack of track record in the emirate. Handover in 2031 gives the market time to absorb the product before completion.
