Interiors offer two distinct finishing options. The light palette combines porcelain tiles, warm wood tones, brushed nickel hardware, and clear glass shower enclosures. The dark palette substitutes matt black hardware and tinted glass for a bolder aesthetic. Both schemes use matching porcelain for kitchen countertops, backsplashes, and floors, creating visual continuity across living spaces. Master bedroom wardrobes include a built-in safe, trouser rack, and accessories organizer, details uncommon at this price segment.
Coral Drive delivers retail steps from lobby doors
The Beach House Fahid connects directly to Coral Drive, Fahid Island's boutique shopping boulevard. This pedestrian artery gathers concept stores, wellness studios, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance of tower lobbies. A two-kilometer waterfront promenade extends from Coral Drive, concentrating watersports activities (kitesurfing, paddleboarding) and dining terraces.
