Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City represents something more ambitious than a branded residence. It is a masterplanned development spanning 12 towers, each designed to echo the German carmaker's visual language. The Vision Iconic tower stands as the centerpiece, rising 66 residential floors and housing 1,404 apartments. Developer Binghatti, known for luxury brand partnerships, selected Meydan for its transformation potential and proximity to the racecourse. Entry prices start at AED 1.35 million for studios, reaching nearly AED 5.8 million for larger configurations.

Meydan: three minutes to the racecourse, nine to Burj Khalifa

The project sits in Nad Al Sheba district, at the junction of Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Meydan Racecourse and its hotel are three minutes away by car. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa can be reached in eight minutes, while the Museum of the Future and Dubai Frame are under twelve minutes. Dubai International Airport is a fifteen-minute drive. The area, long associated with equestrian culture, is evolving into a high-end residential hub as infrastructure develops around it.

66 floors, 1,404 units: Vision Iconic tower breakdown

Vision Iconic forms the project's anchor. The building includes a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, five podium levels, and 66 residential floors. Unit distribution skews toward smaller configurations: 1,001 one-bedroom apartments, 277 two-bedrooms, 108 three-bedrooms, and just 18 units with four or five bedrooms. Ground-floor retail comprises 21 shops activating the tower's base. Unit sizes range from 57 sqm for one-bedrooms to over 230 sqm for the largest family apartments.

Automotive aesthetics in architecture: sculpted surfaces and kinetic lines

The 12 towers adopt Mercedes-Benz's design vocabulary: flowing surfaces, taut lines, and an impression of motion frozen in concrete and glass. Interiors follow a contemporary approach with rich textures and a warm, neutral palette. Binghatti references the brand's « sensual purity » concept, originally developed for vehicle design, now applied to living spaces. Each tower carries the name of a Mercedes concept car (Maybach, Vision AVTR, AMG Vision), creating thematic continuity across the development.

Grand Promenade: 12 programmed experiences at podium level

The podium connecting the towers creates a pedestrian promenade lined with retail, cafés, and leisure zones. Binghatti describes 12 distinct « lifestyle experiences » distributed across this shared space. Amenities include an infinity pool, shared jacuzzi, outdoor yoga areas, spa, and beauty salon. An indoor cinema, sports courts, and jogging tracks round out the offering. Concierge service and valet parking are standard. The intent is to blur boundaries between indoor living and outdoor public space.

Binghatti: a developer building a portfolio of brand collaborations

Binghatti Developers has established itself through partnerships with international luxury brands. After Bugatti and Jacob & Co, Mercedes-Benz represents a logical extension. The developer focuses on mid-to-high and high-end segments, primarily in Dubai. Its approach combines distinctive architectural identity with central locations. For Mercedes-Benz Places, completion is scheduled for Q4 2027. Freehold status allows foreign buyers to purchase full ownership.
