Royal 1 stacks the tallest apartment format in the DAMAC Riverside lineup. DAMAC Mall is fourteen minutes away and Dubai Outlet Mall nineteen minutes away. This outlying location explains entry prices that run lower than waterfront projects in central Dubai.

Buying into Royal 1 means betting on a community still under development. The 2029 handover date sets a long horizon, which suits off-plan buyers willing to track the rollout of shared amenities over time. DAMAC Properties has already delivered several large-scale communities in south Dubai, including DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Hills 2, giving it a track record for pulling off big projects. The property's value will partly hinge on how the amenities build up and how the nearby airport's appeal develops. For an investor, the case rests on the compact unit sizes and an entry point lower than that of established areas.
