The palette stays understated: soft grey, taupe, natural beige, marble-effect surfaces and light wood. Kitchens pair light wood cabinetry with grey marble worktops, while L-shaped walk-in closets bring in leather, warm wood and champagne accents. This finish vocabulary matches the standard the developer applies to its highest-priced addresses.

A jazz club built around a grand piano

The collection's shared amenities go beyond the usual checklist. The Meriva Jazz Club is built around a grand piano, complete with a library featuring a traditional sliding ladder and a large reception table. The Fitness Pavilion is a standalone facility with yoga and Pilates studios, saunas, steam rooms and separate treatment rooms for men and women, all planned with input from sports specialists. Add to that a private cinema with reclining seats, a games room with PlayStation, air hockey and a VR zone, an indoor lap pool and an infinity pool suspended above the shoreline. The children's play area follows an underwater theme both indoors and outdoors. A mini golf course and a padel court round out the list.
