Two towers of uneven height on a shared podium

Aeon is built around two buildings that don't rise to the same level. The first has 20 residential floors, the second stops at 11. They share a ground floor and a podium level housing parking and technical infrastructure, and each one tops out with its own rooftop. Emaar Properties is behind this scheme in the Creek Island district of Dubai Creek Harbour, sitting at the junction between Al Jaddaf and Festival City. The master plan deliberately keeps road networks to a minimum in favor of shaded walkways, which changes the everyday commuting logic compared with a car-dependent neighborhood.

Creek Marina and its yacht club five minutes away

Five minutes from Aeon, Creek Marina lines up a yacht club with 81 berths, food trucks, art installations and a sculptural observation pier. Harbour Promenade offers a viewing deck looking out over the Downtown Dubai skyline at dusk. A little further on, the Viewing Point extends a 70-meter painted steel cantilever out over the Creek, facing the Address Grand towers. The district also has licensed bars and restaurants, the Address hotel and a 700-meter beach. This isn't a decorative waterfront add-on, it's an already established leisure hub.

The 1-bedroom units suit singles or couples who want space and an urban view without paying for square meters they don't need. The 2 and 3-bedroom units move up market with contemporary bathrooms, walk-in closets and panoramic balconies facing the canal or the skyline.
