Four low-rise buildings and 700 metres of white sand at Creek Beach

Cedar is made up of four buildings arranged around a central plaza, each rising from a ground floor and mezzanine to seven or nine residential storeys. The scheme faces Creek Beach, the 700-metre urban beach that Emaar Properties built along the historic Dubai Creek. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with no vertical tower or multi-storey penthouse in the mix. The idea here is a low-rise scale set against a park and the waterfront promenade. Handover is scheduled for 30 June 2026. Emaar applies the same design language it uses across its other Creek Beach clusters, with private balconies and terraces built to catch natural light.

An urban beach with an infinity pool

Emaar markets Creek Beach as the first urban beach at Dubai Creek Harbour. It runs 700 metres of white sand alongside an infinity pool and open views of the sunset. Cedar residents step straight onto the waterfront promenade and the neighbouring park. The setting is clearly built with families in mind, with a children's pool and an outdoor play area. The beach sits five minutes from Creek Marina, home to a yacht club, licensed bars and restaurants, and art installations along the walkways.

The future Central Park, the size of six football pitches

Dubai Creek Harbour is being built across eight square kilometres of waterfront, and Cedar benefits from that gradual buildout. The Central Park announced by Emaar will cover the equivalent of six football pitches, which would make it one of the largest parks in the emirate. Plans call for a dog park, a play area, skate zones, a lawn amphitheatre, a splash pad and a fitness plaza. The district is also home to The Viewing Point, a 70-metre walkway that cantilevers 26 metres out over the Creek. These facilities come online in phases alongside handovers, something off-plan buyers should factor in.

Ten minutes from Burj Khalifa, fifteen from the airport

Location remains one of Cedar's most concrete selling points. Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are a ten-minute drive away, Dubai International Airport fifteen. The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its flamingos, borders the area. Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Expo City sit roughly twenty-five minutes out. That proximity to the historic centre and the city's economic corridor sets Creek Harbour apart from more peripheral developments.

A family-oriented cluster from Emaar

Emaar Properties remains one of the most established developers in the Dubai market, having handed over close to 85,000 residential units and with landmarks like Burj Khalifa to its name. At Creek Harbour, it runs the entire masterplan, which keeps the Creek Beach clusters consistent with one another. Cedar targets expat families and buyers looking for a waterfront home without living in a tower. The low-rise format, the one to three bedroom layouts and the nursery mentioned in the brochure all point this offering toward residential living rather than short-term holiday lets. The property is sold freehold, open to foreign investors as across the wider district.
