Creek Palace Residences rises across three basement levels, a ground floor, 33 residential floors and a landscaped rooftop. The building carries the Emaar Properties name and faces the canal at Dubai Creek Harbour. What sets it apart is its immediate neighbour: the Palace hotel, part of the Address Hotels + Resorts brand, which gives residents direct access to its five-star services. The scheme mixes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with a handful of 3-bedroom villas facing the canal. Handover is scheduled for April 2025, which makes this one of the most advanced projects on the island.

The Palace hotel as an extension of the lobby

This is the project's core selling point. Creek Palace sits right next to the Palace hotel, meaning residents can use its spa, restaurants and concierge without leaving the compound. The Palace brand belongs to the Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio and has picked up several awards: the Thai restaurant Thiptara was named best Thai restaurant in Dubai at the BBC Good Food ME Awards 2019 and also won at the Timeout Dubai Restaurant Awards that same year. The spa has also ranked among the city's favourites. For a buyer, the pitch is straightforward: live in a residence while getting hotel-grade service from the building next door.

Burj Khalifa views from the canal

The tower looks out over the Creek canal, Creek Beach and the Creek Quay waterfront. From the upper floors, the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline sit on the horizon. The developer isn't taking any geographic risk here: Dubai Creek Harbour is a district Emaar develops and controls from start to finish. In 2021 the group posted revenue of AED 28.27 billion and net profit of AED 3.8 billion, with more than 81,600 homes delivered and 35,200 under construction. On the island, Creek Palace joins an already crowded family of projects (Creek Rise, Creek Horizon, Harbour Views, Vida Residences, among others). That density of comparable schemes offers reassurance on both delivery timelines and resale prospects. The target buyer is an expat family or someone who wants hotel-style service without giving up the space of a fully-owned apartment.
