Six towers already completed, an address already lived in at Creek Harbour

DXB Creek Residences is not an off-plan project. Emaar Properties completed it in 2019, and that changes everything for a buyer: the towers already stand, the apartments can be viewed in person, and the surrounding district already functions. The development lines up six residential buildings that rise to as much as 40 storeys along the Dubai Creek Harbour promenade. Despite its residential feel, Creek Harbour sits in a genuinely central spot within the city. Ras Al Khor Road and Nad Al Hamar Road border the district and connect it to the rest of Dubai. Figure on about 15 minutes to the Jameel Arts Centre or Culture Village Park, and no more than 25 minutes to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, or Palm Jumeirah. The master plan eventually calls for a tram, bus routes, and a metro extension, but part of that infrastructure is still to come. For now, driving remains the main way to get around from the towers.

A product built for expats, not speculators

The buyer profile is written into the program itself. One to three bedroom apartments, a project that's already completed, a protected view over the reserve: this is aimed at the expat family or couple who wants to actually live there, not just flip the unit quickly. Freehold status opens the purchase to foreign buyers with no nationality restrictions. Emaar remains the most active developer in the area, with a track record of delivering on time that gives confidence around long-term management and upkeep. Resale value rests on a district that keeps getting denser, which supports rental demand year after year.
