Flora Isle caps each tower at seven residential levels. The project brings together three buildings on a single shared basement, on Island A, the part of the Dubai Islands archipelago closest to the marina. It is developed by Centurion Group and Flora Realty, with OCTA Properties handling sales. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms and are all sold furnished. Handover is set for September 30, 2029, one of the longest timelines among projects currently on offer across the archipelago.

Three low-rise towers joined at ground level

The architecture rests on a simple idea. The ground floor houses the shared amenities and physically links the three towers into one continuous complex. Above that, each building stacks seven floors of apartments. The facades lean on floor-to-ceiling glazing, transparent balcony railings and clean horizontal lines that keep the silhouette visually light. This modest scale stands apart from the ten to twenty-storey towers found elsewhere on Dubai Islands, and it naturally limits how many households share each elevator core.

Two minutes from the Island A marina

According to the brochure map, the plot sits two minutes from the Island A marina and five minutes from Dubai Islands Mall. The Island D Sports Country clubhouse is four minutes away, the Island C golf course ten minutes, and Deira's Waterfront Market eleven minutes. For trips into the city, the developer lists 18 minutes to DXB airport and Dubai Festival City, 25 minutes to the Museum of the Future and 31 minutes to Business Bay. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall sit 35 minutes away, Burj Al Arab 40. The zoning plan also flags a nearby school, hospital, parks and a waterfront boardwalk.

Handed over furnished, one to three bedrooms

Every unit arrives fully equipped and furnished with brands the developer describes as premium, though none are named at this stage. The interiors shown pair light wood tones, neutral palettes and wide windows facing the sea. The renderings cover a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, a bathroom and generous balconies. For a buyer targeting rental income, this format shortens the gap between key handover and the first tenancy. It also limits how much the owner can customize, something worth weighing for anyone planning to actually live there.

Private beach, infinity pool and wellness garden

Direct access to a private beach is the project's headline feature. The main pool is built as an infinity edge, facing the shoreline. A Wellness Garden with winding paths and tall planting rounds out the offer, complete with a yoga studio, a meditation area and a spa with its own reception. On the fitness side, residents get an indoor gym, a sports court and jogging tracks. Families get a kids' pool, a play area and a splash pad, which points the project clearly toward long stays rather than a purely transient crowd.

September 2029: a longer horizon than the neighbors

Most recent Dubai Islands projects target handover in 2027 or 2028. Flora Isle sits further out, at the end of September 2029. That gap gives buyers more time to spread payments across the construction period, but it also means a longer wait before any rental income kicks in. Flora Realty remains a less established name on the archipelago than Nakheel or Imtiaz, and the partnership with Centurion Group is worth checking against their already-delivered projects. The freehold structure, standard across the zone, allows full ownership for foreign buyers.
