H&H bets on low-rise where Al Wasl builds tall

While its neighbours in Al Wasl keep stacking floors (Muraba Veil reaches 380 metres), H&H Development takes the opposite approach. Eden House The Park lines up seven low-rise buildings, each with nine to ten residential levels, connected by a single landscaped pedestrian zone that opens onto the Dubai Water Canal. This marks the developer's third Eden House project, following Za'abeel and Sunrise Living. The scheme is owned by Global Partners and marketed by Refine. Handover is set for late September 2027, on a freehold basis. The unit mix spans a wide range, from studios to four-bedroom penthouses with wraparound terraces.

A vacant-home monitoring programme is aimed at owners who are frequently away. This range clearly targets a buyer who travels often and prefers to delegate.
