The Residences Peninsula Dubai wraps around a private marina at the point where Dubai Canal flows into the Arabian Gulf. The architecture comes from RSHP, the London practice founded by Pritzker laureate Richard Rogers. H&H Development, the company behind the Four Seasons DIFC and Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach, is the developer. Two towers at either end of the arc rise above a landscaped boulevard and connect through terraces and pedestrian bridges. Interior design is handled by 1508 London, a studio with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Miami, and São Paulo. Entrance lobbies are clad in Calacatta marble and dark timber panels. Kitchens feature island layouts, veined travertine counters, and brushed brass accents. Master bedrooms use light wood paneling and thick textured fabrics in coastal tones. Bathrooms include concealed fixtures, double vanities, and glass partitions opening onto terraces. The specification targets a finish level comparable to the Four Seasons residences previously delivered by H&H.

Marina, twin pools, and a retail boulevard

Amenities center on the marina, sized to accommodate visiting yachts. Two infinity pools are planned, one facing the city skyline, the other oriented toward the sea. A kids' club, fully equipped gym, and wellness facilities round out the residential offering. Ground-floor units house a pedestrian boulevard lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants.
