Sea Mirror Residences takes the boutique concept to its logical conclusion with two low-rise towers connected by three basement levels on the shores of Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah 2. Lamar Development delivers the project through Refine Development Management, targeting handover in June 2027. Each tower rises seven levels above ground: a ground floor, mezzanine, six residential floors, and a rooftop. The expression of interest starts at AED 500,000, signaling a clear positioning toward ultra-high-net-worth buyers rather than yield-focused investors.

Marcio Kogan's 250 Awards Meet Gulf Coast Context

Studio MK27, founded by Marcio Kogan in 1970s São Paulo, represented Brazil at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale and won a Prix Versailles in 2019. The firm has accumulated over 250 international design awards. For Sea Mirror, the 30-architect team adapts its signature Brazilian modernist vocabulary (wood, glass, raw concrete) to a coastal Gulf environment. Through-layouts allow cross-ventilation and continuous natural light from façade to façade. The earthy color palette contrasts with the gilded finishes common in Dubai's ultra-premium segment.

Façade-to-Façade Plans and Dual-Aspect Views

Every penthouse runs from one façade to the other, eliminating central corridors. This configuration delivers simultaneous panoramas over the canal, the sea, and Downtown's skyline. Unit types range from two to four bedrooms, with art integrated into the interior design program. Natural materials prevail: solid wood flooring, exposed concrete in selected areas, floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout. Each residence includes a private pool, in addition to the communal rooftop infinity pool.

Five Minutes to Jumeirah Beach, Twelve to Downtown

The site offers direct access to Dubai Water Canal and sits five minutes by car from Jumeirah Beach.
