Inaura Hotel & Branded Residences stands on a prime plot in Downtown Dubai, a five-minute walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The 41-storey tower, designed by Dutch firm MVRDV, employs an unusual material gradient: reflective panels clad the base, capturing the urban buzz, while the façade progressively turns translucent toward the crown. A triple-height sculptural void carved into the upper floors creates both a visual pause and a functional sky sanctuary. Arada Properties targets handover in June 2030 and has secured LEED Gold precertification, signalling energy efficiency and occupant comfort from the outset. A four-level podium concentrates amenities, while four basement floors provide ample covered parking.

Five and six-bedroom Sky Villas at the summit

Inaura offers one to four-bedroom apartments, but its signature lies in the penthouses labelled Sky Villas. These five and six-bedroom units occupy the top floors and feature private terraces oriented toward the city skyline. Open layouts integrate concealed storage within custom joinery, keeping sightlines clean. Finishes combine natural stone, light timber and brushed metal, a palette engineered to diffuse daylight without glare.
