The crown of the tower replicates Jacob & Co's signature diamond motifs, creating an illuminated beacon visible across the Dubai skyline.

Facade techniques borrowed from gem setting

The exterior incorporates finishing methods typically reserved for luxury timepieces. Polishing techniques used on watch cases translate into reflective cladding panels that shift appearance with sunlight angles. Architectural elements reference the Astronomia collection, known for its exposed mechanical movements and three-dimensional displays. This goes beyond surface branding into structural decisions that affect how the building interacts with light throughout the day. The result creates a faceted appearance reminiscent of cut gemstones rather than standard glass curtain walls.

Penthouses named after legendary timepieces

Three penthouse collections carry the names Fleurs de Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire, each referencing Jacob & Co watch lines priced in the millions. These sky mansions feature four to six bedrooms with private pools on dedicated terraces. Standard residences include two to three bedroom configurations, with the Emerald and Sapphire villas reaching 3,337 square feet across quarter floors. Unit orientations divide between Downtown Dubai views, Burj Khalifa sightlines and Creek Harbor panoramas. Interior specifications incorporate metallic finishes and detailed craftsmanship echoing watch dial production methods.

The service menu reads like a five-star hotel rather than a residential building. Butler, chauffeur, private chef and bodyguard services operate on an à la carte basis for residents who require them.
