Canal Heights 2 is the second phase of the development launched by DAMAC Properties along the Dubai Water Canal. The tower comprises a ground floor, three podium levels, forty-four residential floors and a rooftop. The interior design carries the signature of the Geneva-based fine jewellery house de Grisogono, already paired with DAMAC on several Business Bay projects. The aesthetic thread running through the building is blue topaz, expressed through pale stone textures, deep blue tones and metallic detailing. Handover is set for September 30, 2027. The scheme includes studios as well as one to four-bedroom apartments, all sold freehold.

The decorative approach goes well beyond a decorative facade. From the lobby onward, residents move through flowing, cascading textures, muted tones and calm shapes conceived by de Grisogono. The infinity pool, branded Stars Lake, features a bioluminescent edge that glows after dark. The pool deck plays with green, red, turquoise and blue lighting, a direct nod to other landmark towers in DAMAC's portfolio. The beauty salon picks up the same soft topaz shades. It is a stylistic thread that runs unbroken from the entrance hall through to the relaxation areas.

Business Bay, between the canal and the financial district

The tower sits within the Business Bay financial district, directly along the Dubai Canal. The Business Bay Canal promenade is a few minutes' walk away. Dubai Mall is roughly a five-minute drive, a practical plus in a district built around work life and going out. Jumeirah Beach and the Burj Al Arab are around fifteen minutes away. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah are about a twenty-five minute drive. The immediate surroundings mix office towers, newer residential buildings and busy hotels.

A mix that runs from studios to four-bedroom apartments

Canal Heights 2 continues that branded-residence approach, just steps from the first phase, Canal Heights, and from Canal Crown, also designed by de Grisogono. The bet is to build on the first tower's commercial success to sell the second. For an investor, the appeal lies in the coherence of this cluster of projects along the canal. The jewellery brand adds a point of differentiation that carries weight at resale or when it comes to renting the unit out.
