Canal Crown 2 carries the subtitle Altitude by de Grisogono, named after the Geneva jewellery house that shaped its visual identity. DAMAC Properties is building a 35-storey residential tower in Business Bay, sitting on a three-level podium with three basement levels. The facade takes on a twisted form, with lines that spiral upward and curved balconies. De Grisogono drew on the opal, a stone known for its shifting colours, to set the iridescent tones found in the lobby and shared spaces. Handover is scheduled for 31 March 2028. The project leans firmly on branded partnership, a formula DAMAC has used for twenty years with names such as Versace, Cavalli and Roberto Cavalli.

Five minutes from Burj Khalifa and Safa Park

Business Bay remains one of Dubai's most central business districts, crossed by the Dubai Water Canal. From the tower, Burj Khalifa and Safa Park are both a five-minute drive away.
