Cavalli Casa Tower

The only tower on the planet carrying the Cavalli name

DAMAC Properties makes a specific claim for this project: Cavalli Casa Tower is the only tower in the world fully branded by Cavalli. The building rises 70 residential floors above a ground level and four podium levels. It sits in Al Sufouh, between Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City, on Dubai's west coast. The architect is Shaun Killa, founding partner of Killa Design, the firm behind the Museum of the Future on Sheikh Zayed Road. Handover is set for June 2027 and units are sold freehold.

Shaun Killa shapes the silhouette

The tower has a dynamic form, with vertical cut-outs running through the volume along its full height. Six panoramic elevators travel inside these cut-outs, giving riders a direct view of the Gulf on the way up. The facades combine floor-to-ceiling glazing, open terraces and contrasting horizontal lines. The lobby spans four levels and ends in a skylight, with an indoor waterfall and water features framing the entrance. Killa built his reputation on projects with a strong identity, and this tower follows that same logic of a recognisable silhouette.

A 900 sqm beach and a sky pool on level 58

Water is central to this project. An artificial beach with a 900 square metre pool deck occupies the podium, with a pop-up dining service running in the evenings. Residents also get access to the private beach at the Westin Mina Seyahi, a waterpark membership and 25% off dining there. On level 58, a sky pool sits beside a landscaped sky garden, with live cooking stations run by chefs. Level 24 houses a wellness zone with a juice bar and landscaped areas facing the Dubai skyline. Tennis courts, a paddle court, a spa, a gym and a children's play area round out the amenities.

Duplexes and penthouses up to five bedrooms

The mix runs from one to three bedrooms for standard apartments, then moves up to four and five bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Front-facing units come with beach access and flexible kitchens hidden behind a sliding art wall. Interiors use natural stone, a light palette and floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. Bathrooms feature freestanding tubs and glazed openable partitions. Some layouts come with their own private pool on the terrace.

DAMAC has built this project for buyers who want to hand off day-to-day tasks. The service list includes a 24-hour butler, on-demand housekeeping, childcare, a personal trainer, in-apartment spa treatments and laundry with valet service.
