Damac Islands 2 pushes a simple idea all the way through: organizing an entire residential community around eight tropical islands renamed Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Antigua. Tahiti 2 makes up the second cluster, built specifically around a Polynesian mood and water-heavy landscaping. The original Damac Islands sold out entirely, which prompted the developer to launch this expanded follow-up. Here you'll find only standalone and semi-detached houses, no apartments. The adventure side adds treehouses, a treetop walkway, zip lines and observation platforms. A solar garden fitted with charging stations and electric scooter lanes rounds out the offering.

Two clubhouses, one indoors, one outdoors

The cluster keeps its community spaces clearly separated. The indoor clubhouse brings together leisure rooms, rest areas and a fitness center, designed for days when the heat keeps people inside. The outdoor clubhouse opens onto open-air activities, relaxation spots surrounded by nature and a natural swimming lagoon. On top of that come co-working zones equipped with AI-driven technology, eco-friendly offices and a cultural plaza with a library-museum, an amphitheater and a food market. The goal is to make a car unnecessary for most day-to-day needs.

Motor City and DAMAC Hills fifteen minutes away

Tahiti 2 sits away from the busiest main roads while staying connected to the city's key hubs. Sports City, Motor City and DAMAC Hills are all reachable within fifteen minutes. The Expo 2020 site is twenty minutes away, Al Maktoum Airport twenty-three minutes. The Burj Khalifa area and Dubai Investment Park sit twenty-five minutes out, Burj Al Arab thirty-five, and Dubai International Airport forty. This southwestern position stands to benefit directly from the growth of Al Maktoum, which is set to become the emirate's main airport.

Sustainability set as the backbone

DAMAC puts a strong environmental focus at the center of the Islands 2 development. The developer claims LEED certifications across its projects along with what it calls smart infrastructure, featuring optimized energy systems and green spaces built into everyday use. The solar garden, charging stations and electric mobility options carry that line through at cluster level.
