Chic Tower

Seven thermal baths, one for each day of the week

DAMAC Properties built the whole concept of Chic Tower around body care. The tower has 36 residential floors sitting on five podium levels, plus a ground floor and a rooftop crown. On the podium, seven separate baths (hot, cold, salt, mud) are meant to treat the skin and shake off fatigue, with a different bath for each day of the week. Jewellery house de Grisogono, drawing on its signature turquoise, provides the decorative theme for the project. Handover is scheduled for 30 October 2026, in a stretch of Business Bay already packed with DAMAC towers.

A spa built into the podium

The podium carries most of the wellness program. Beyond the seven baths, it houses the main spa, which extends into an outdoor gym geared toward calisthenics and bodyweight training. A juice bar rounds out the fitness-focused food offering. The lobby itself has weight benches and dumbbells right at the entrance, an unusual choice that puts exercise on your mind before you even reach the elevator. Cabanas, sports courts, party areas and kids' play zones fill out the rest of the platform.

A 180 meter lazy river and a 50 meter pool

The lazy river winds 180 meters through the podium. The current is kept deliberately gentle, built for floating rather than swimming laps. Next to it, a 50 meter pool allows for actual lap swimming, a size few Business Bay towers genuinely offer. A pool deck, cabanas and lounging areas line the water. Water also shapes the rooftop: a stepped roof mimics rock strata, with water cascading from one basin to the next. This layered design echoes the wave pattern of the canal.

A beauty bar that mixes your own creams

DAMAC is pitching a beauty space it calls a first for Dubai. Technicians formulate custom creams there based on each resident's skin type. It goes beyond a standard beauty salon: these are personalized products prepared on site. A hair and beauty salon rounds out the offering. It all fits the same logic as the baths, that of a building run like a permanent wellness center. Whether this service holds up operationally once the tower is occupied remains to be seen.

Studios, one and two bedroom units facing the canal

The building offers studios along with one and two bedroom apartments, with a handful of super luxe units on the upper floors. Interiors lean on natural stone and a light palette with decorative accents. The top floor apartments come with a planted terrace, a private infinity pool, a personal gym and a projection screen. Views look out over the Dubai Canal and the Downtown skyline. This compact unit mix mostly targets singles or couples rather than larger families.

Downtown and the airport under fifteen minutes away

Chic Tower sits along the Dubai Water Canal, a short distance from Downtown. Dubai World Trade Centre is listed at around 8 minutes by car. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach are roughly 9 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates about 10 minutes. Dubai International Airport is close to 13 minutes, while Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab fall between 14 and 16 minutes. The Business Bay metro station serves the area, cutting down on how much residents need a car for trips along Sheikh Zayed Road.
