Secret doors that turn the living room into a bedroom

The technical hook of Elegance Tower comes down to two words from the brochure: secret doors and transformable spaces. In practice, a living room partition swings open to reveal, or closes to hide, a bedroom depending on how the space is being used at that moment. DAMAC Properties has built this mechanism into its one and two bedroom units, inside a 25-storey tower set in the middle of Downtown Dubai. The interior palette runs on white and gold, matched by gold facades that set the building apart from its neighbours. Handover is scheduled for March 2026.

Secret doors and reconfigurable rooms

Modularity is presented here as the core of the product, not a add-on feature. A closed secret door keeps the living room intact; opened, it gives access to an extra room. This system lets a one bedroom unit function as a larger space depending on the time of day. Thirteen quarterly instalments of 3% to 5% each follow, spread over the first 36 months after purchase. Three further 3% payments then fall due at the 70%, 80% and 90% construction milestones. The remaining 20% balance is due at handover. This structure, broken into small instalments, suits a buyer who'd rather spread out their cash flow than lock up a large upfront sum.
