DAMAC Properties is building DAMAC Lagoons as a series of themed districts inspired by Mediterranean destinations. Lagoon Views is the apartment portion of that whole scheme, split into numbered clusters delivered in phases. Number 13 falls within the ongoing development phase of this apartment sub-community.
