Riverside Views Indigo 2 brings together three interconnected blocks, each built on a ground floor, a two-level podium and eight residential storeys. DAMAC Properties is building here one of the apartment clusters within its Damac Riverside community, located in Dubai Investment Park 2. The scheme is limited to two unit types: one and two bedrooms. Handover is set for the first quarter of 2029, and units are sold freehold. DAMAC builds its narrative around health and food, and this shows up in concrete amenities. A hydroponic farm installed within the community supplies ingredients grown on site. Outdoor cooking classes and live cooking stations, run by chefs, extend this approach. Two restaurants anchor the food offering: a Portofino-inspired spot on the waterfront and a restaurant on an island surrounded by greenery. Barbecue areas and picnic spots spread these uses across the landscaped grounds. The whole setup targets buyers who care as much about their lifestyle as about the size of their apartment.

One and two bedrooms for first-time buyers and landlords

Limiting Indigo 2 to one and two-bedroom layouts targets a specific market. These are sizes suited to young professionals, couples and investors looking for a manageable entry point into a new-build project. Interiors favour open living rooms, natural tones and plenty of natural light. Proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City supports medium-term rental demand as these hubs grow. With handover in 2029, a purchase fits a payment plan spread over the construction period.
