A fog forest perched on the 85th floor, a first at this altitude

Safa Two rises eighty-five storeys above Business Bay, a rare height even by Dubai standards. DAMAC Properties has structured the tower with three basement levels, a ground floor, ten podium levels, fifty residential floors and two rooftop levels. At the very top, the developer has installed Dubai's first fog forest, a tropical garden permanently wrapped in artificial mist, described as the highest of its kind in the world to date. The colour scheme, dominated by ruby red, comes from de Grisogono, the Swiss fine jewellery house behind the interior design. Handover is scheduled for 30 June 2027.

The Ruby Heart cuts through the facade at floor 60

The silhouette of Safa Two is built around an oval-shaped composition at the centre of the facade, a sculptural opening that DAMAC calls the Ruby Heart. It sits on the sixtieth floor, above the podium. Inside this cavity, the tower houses an infinity pool named Sapphire, facing Sheikh Zayed Road, along with several upscale restaurants. The panoramic glazing and smooth lines make the building recognisable from several kilometres away. The brand's signature red runs from the entrance lobby through to the furniture and finishing details of the apartments. It's this architectural gesture that sets the project apart from other towers in Business Bay.

Edge walk, glass slide and observatory at the top

Beyond the fog forest, the upper level packs in amenities rarely found in a residential building. The edge walk lets visitors step out over open air, safely secured, with clouds beneath their feet. A spiral glass slide runs down the side of the tower, offering direct views over central Dubai. The observatory, the highest accessible point in the building, looks out over both the city and the mist garden below. On the podium, an artificial beach pool lined with palm trees recreates a seaside setting facing the skyline. This cluster of attractions is aimed as much at residents as at building the tower's public profile.

Studios and apartments with movable partitions

The programme includes studios plus one, two and three-bedroom units. DAMAC highlights a movable wall system that lets owners reconfigure the interior layout as their needs change, simply by opening a partition or bay. Finishes combine marble, decorative metallic accents and a light-toned base lifted by ruby red touches. This flexible format targets buyers looking for adaptability, whether young professionals or small expat households wanting a space that can evolve. Compact unit types remain accessible at the entry level, while the super luxury floors above the Ruby Heart are aimed at a wealthier clientele.

Facing Safa One, forming an arch over the Golden Mile

Safa Two stands on the opposite side of the road from Safa One, the other tower in this pair. Together, the two buildings form a kind of arch marking the transition between central Dubai and the newer districts. The location provides views of the canal, the Burj Al Arab, The World Islands and Palm Jumeirah. Safa Park is roughly five minutes away, while the Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach are about ten minutes away. The address therefore combines proximity to the park with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the city's main artery.

DAMAC and de Grisogono, a partnership already well established

Operating since 2002, DAMAC Properties has delivered around 47,000 homes and currently manages a portfolio of more than 33,000 units at various stages of development. The developer has built its reputation on partnerships with fashion and design houses, including Versace, Cavalli, Just Cavalli, Paramount and de Grisogono. The latter also signs Canal Heights and Canal Crown, giving the group's Dubai portfolio a consistent aesthetic thread. Ruby, the jeweller's signature stone, runs through this project as a unifying theme.
