Aspirz introduces a hybrid format that remains uncommon in Dubai's residential market: a single building combining seven podium floors of commercial offices with forty storeys of fully furnished apartments above. The tower stands two minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, in the northern pocket of Dubai Sports City.
