The last of four towers in a cluster facing the lake

Eltiera Views Tower 4 closes out the series of four buildings that Ellington Properties is rolling out at Jumeirah Islands. Each tower in the group has twenty-six residential floors, set here on top of three podium levels, a ground-floor retail strip and one full floor given over to amenities. The unit mix runs from one to three bedrooms, topped off with three and four-bedroom penthouses, plus retail units at the base of the building. Handover is set for December 2029, with a 70/30 payment plan and a 50,000 AED EOI to secure a spot ahead of the official launch. The project builds on Eltiera Heights, the standalone 37-storey tower Ellington placed a little further along the same peninsula.

A metallic origami facade

The architecture takes its cue from the lake and surrounding greenery rather than the other way around. The facade is described as an origami of solids and voids, alternating metallic elements with natural materials. This folding pattern isn't purely decorative: it shapes airflow and brings life to street level. The ground-floor shops add to that energy, bringing restaurants, cafes and a supermarket right beneath the residences. The lobby plays on contrast, soft tones and organic shapes on one side, industrial steel and marble accents on the other.

A clubhouse spread across four levels

The centrepiece of the scheme is a clubhouse built over four floors. It includes a co-working space with private offices, shared desks and lounge corners, a light-filled gym, a dance studio, a cinema room and a games area. A club lounge with generous ceiling height opens onto a terrace. The idea is to bring work, fitness, leisure and social life together in one vertical block, rather than scattering amenities across the site. This density of services sets Eltiera Views apart from most standard residential towers in the area.

Two infinity pools and a landscaped bridge

The podium works as a landscaped spine connecting the towers to one another. Two infinity pools sit within it, one for families and one adults-only. Around them, hydrotherapy zones, yoga bridges, a children's garden, pet facilities and padel courts fill out the space. A wellness area rounds things off with saunas, showers, treatment rooms and vitality pools. The setup targets long-term expat families as much as buyers looking for a leisure and relaxation-focused setting.

Thirteen minutes from Mall of the Emirates

Jumeirah Islands remains a villa neighbourhood built around artificial lakes, less dense than the tower corridors found elsewhere in Dubai. From the tower, Mall of the Emirates is a 13-minute drive, Palm Jumeirah 14 minutes and Burj Al Arab 17 minutes. The new Al Maktoum Airport is 27 minutes away, DIFC 30 minutes and Dubai International Airport 35 minutes. This positioning favours quick access to the coastal and commercial hubs over immediate proximity to the metro. For a family that values space and quiet without straying too far from the main hubs, the trade-off adds up.

Ellington and its warm-toned interiors

Ellington Properties has built its name on interior design as much as on the building envelope. The homes at Eltiera Views follow that same approach: generous layouts, wide windows and finishes in warm tones. Kitchens are designed as bright spaces with central islands and careful integrations, while bedrooms lean on walk-in closets and hardwood flooring.
