Construction-linked payment spread over 30 months
The payment plan ties installments to build milestones. Buyers pay 20% at booking, followed by 10% at 60 days and 5% tranches at 120, 180, 240, and 360 days. Construction progress triggers additional 5% payments at 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% completion stages. The final 30% falls due upon handover. This 70/30 structure matches industry norms for off-plan purchases in developing districts. The booking token of 40,000 AED can be paid via UAE cheque or credit card through Ellington's payment portal, with SPA registration handled through DLD.
