A fully equipped podcast studio with recording and production capabilities sits within the common areas, a feature still uncommon in Gulf residential projects. More conventional wellness facilities include an infinity-edge pool facing the Gulf, a spa with steam room and treatment rooms, a yoga studio and a sky garden on the upper levels. IMKAN's second tower in Makers District after Sunstone

The Artery Residences follows Sunstone, a 28-storey tower that IMKAN launched earlier in the same masterplan area. Both projects share access to Corniche Al Reem and a similar architectural language, though The Artery introduces loft and duplex typologies absent from its neighbour. Entry pricing starts around AED 1.76 million for a studio, positioning the development in the upper-mid segment of Abu Dhabi's market. Freehold tenure applies to all units, granting full ownership rights to international buyers, a status now standard on Reem Island but still relevant when comparing with leasehold jurisdictions elsewhere.
