French Alps design language applied to 208 apartments in Dubailand
Weybridge Gardens 3 rises across eleven residential floors above a ground level and four podium levels. LEOS Developments chose an unusual theme: translating the visual vocabulary of French and Swiss Alpine villages into a residential tower south of central Dubai. Dynamic balconies mimic melting snow overhangs, vertical arches reference chalet gables. Every one and three bedroom apartment includes a private plunge pool, a feature typically reserved for villas or top-floor penthouses at this price point.
Interiors modeled on mountain chalets
The design team traveled through Alpine villages to source a material palette. Warm tones dominate, natural textures replace glossy finishes, furniture echoes timber without the maintenance burden. Studios measure 45 square meters with 10 square meter terraces. Larger units add a private pool to the terrace setup. This consistency from flooring to fixtures sets the project apart from generic Dubailand towers.
Year-round rooftop pool with climate control
The main swimming pool sits on the rooftop and operates with integrated climate control. It remains usable even during summer months when outdoor temperatures exceed 45 degrees Celsius. Surrounding amenities include sunken loungers, shaded cabanas, a barbecue zone and a pizza bar. An outdoor cinema screens films after sunset. The rooftop also hosts a fully equipped gym, a boxing academy, a dance studio and a coworking space.
Dubailand: three million square feet under development
Dubailand Residence Complex spans three million square feet. Nearby attractions include IMG Worlds of Adventure (12 minutes), Global Village (14 minutes) and Al Habtoor Polo Resort (10 minutes). Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road connects the project to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa in 22 minutes. The Blue Line metro, scheduled for completion in 2029, will provide direct rail access and reduce car dependency for daily commutes to DIFC or Dubai Mall.
Target buyers: end-users and yield-focused investors
Entry pricing around AED 830,000 for a studio with terrace appeals to two groups. Young professionals working in southern Dubai free zones seek new housing without Downtown-level debt. Yield-focused investors target the growing rental demand in neighborhoods slated for Blue Line metro access.
