Every apartment comes with a private pool, a feature typically reserved for villa communities or ultra-premium towers. Handover is scheduled for November 2027 under freehold tenure.

LUD Studios: British design principles in a Dubai context

LUD Studios operates from the UK with a focus on environmentally sustainable buildings and innovative construction methodologies. The firm's portfolio spans residential and mixed-use projects across Europe and the Middle East. For Weybridge Gardens 5, the design language borrows from blooming flowers: geometric façade panels, subtle integrated lighting and curved terraces evoke growth and renewal. LEOS Developments, established in 2013, manages the full cycle from land sourcing to post-handover asset management. The developer's previous Dubai project, Hadley Heights, earned the Best Residential High-Rise Development Dubai award, signalling consistent execution standards.

Tuscany on the rooftop: cascading jacuzzis and infinity pool

The rooftop, branded « Rebirth », references Tuscan hot springs through a cascading jacuzzi system and an infinity pool overlooking the city. Baja shelves with in-water sunbeds line the pool edge, while sunken loungers sit partially submerged for cooling comfort. An outdoor cinema occupies one corner, oriented toward sunset views. The barbecue zone includes a dedicated pizzeria, an unusual amenity for mid-rise residential buildings. Sauna and steam rooms flank the changing facilities adjacent to the gym, completing the wellness loop without leaving the rooftop level.

Ground-floor coworking and LEOS fitness academies

The lobby sets a warm, contemporary tone with double-height ceilings and neutral palettes. A coworking space sits directly off the lounge area, targeting remote workers and freelancers. The covered gym spans one podium level with cardio and strength equipment. LEOS has added a branded dance studio and boxing academy, two services rarely bundled into residential developments in this price bracket. Private parking occupies the lower podium levels, freeing exterior space for landscaped leisure areas and seating zones.

The residential grid covers studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
