Meraas has released Tower B of the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers complex for sale, following on from Tower A in the Trade Center 2 business district. The building comprises a ground floor and 56 residential storeys, with apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. Some units include double height ceilings and private terraces. Handover is set for 30 August 2030, on a freehold basis. The scheme pairs the Jumeirah hotel brand, which also runs the Burj Al Arab, with developer Meraas, in a serviced residence model.

SCDA designs a tower on stilts

The design comes from SCDA, an architecture studio working across more than 80 cities worldwide. The building's signature feature is its cantilevered structure, set on slender columns that make the tower appear to hover above ground. This cantilevered base houses the arrival area, sheltered beneath a wide concrete overhang. The facades use panoramic glazing angled to frame views of the Downtown skyline and the sea.
