The Orchard Place Tower C

Towers A and B sold out, the shortest of the three still on the market

Of the three towers making up phase 2 of The Orchard Place, two are already marked "sold out" in Peak Summit Real Estate Development's brochure. Tower C is the last one still open for sale, and it's also the shortest: a ground floor, four podium levels and twenty residential floors, compared with 23 for Tower A and 30 for Tower B. The developer puts the total count for this second phase at over 1,050 apartments and more than 1,500 parking spaces. Those numbers make it one of the largest internal communities in Jumeirah Village Circle. Tower C is due for handover on December 1, 2027, on a freehold basis.

Three towers, three heights on one shared podium

All three buildings follow the same layout logic. Each one places a lobby and retail space on the ground floor, then four podium levels before the residential floors begin. All three top out with a penthouse level whose terraces include private pools. Tower C, with its twenty occupied floors, will end up overshadowed by its two neighbors. For a buyer, that means fewer units sharing the podium amenities, but it can also mean views partly blocked by Towers A and B depending on orientation. The developer states the whole complex was designed to "New York standards," a phrase the brochure doesn't elaborate on further.

From studios to penthouses with private pools

The unit mix runs from studios to one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, alongside retail units. Interiors follow a European-inspired look with light-toned wood flooring. The entrance lobby sets the tone: a green marble reception counter, wood paneling and a custom ceiling with integrated lighting. This broad mix targets two different buyers at once. Studios and one-bedrooms appeal to buy-to-let investors, while the three-bedrooms and penthouses are aimed at families planning to stay long-term. The presence of a kids' club and dedicated pools confirms that Peak Summit is betting on this second group.

A 25-meter pool with an island at its center

The centerpiece of the podium is a 25-meter infinity pool, built around a central island and lined with loungers, some of them partly submerged. The kids' pool sits right next to the kids' area, which spans two levels with a covered play zone and an outdoor one. The layout lets parents stay by the main pool while keeping an eye on their children. In the evening, an outdoor cinema is planned for younger residents, set in a lit, landscaped garden.

Padel, barbecues and app-based booking

The padel court sits next to the gym and changing rooms. The gym itself has a large terrace for yoga and stretching, plus saunas and steam rooms. Two separate barbecue areas occupy one corner of the plot, away from main walkways. Both the padel court and the barbecue areas are booked through a residents' app, which helps avoid scheduling conflicts in a community of over a thousand units. A shared space with communal tables and a kitchenette doubles as a coworking area and can host workshops or private events.

Bordered by Circle Community Park and District 12 Park

The plot is flanked on three sides by public green space: Circle Community Park, District 12 Park and a public garden. That's a rare feature in JVC, where tower density often leaves little breathing room. Circle Mall is a six-minute drive away, and a nursery is four minutes out. Area schools (Brighton College, Bloom World Academy, GEMS Al Barsha, GEMS Founders, Dubai Heights Academy) are roughly fourteen minutes away. Via Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sports City is eleven minutes out, Palm Jumeirah eighteen, Mall of the Emirates twenty, and DXB Airport twenty-five. Al Maktoum International, Dubai's future aviation hub, is stated to be thirty minutes away.
