Voxa's payment plan splits 65 % during construction and 35 % at handover, with instalments pegged at 1 % of the total price each month. This six-year runway is slower than the market average for Dubai off-plan launches, where cycles typically span three to four years. Furnished apartments are available only during the pre-launch window, rewarding early movers. Freehold status grants full ownership to foreign nationals with no time restrictions.
