194 units in JVC, and every single one comes with a private jacuzzi

Sky Harmony has 194 units, and each one includes its own jacuzzi. That applies to the smallest 37 sqm studio just as much as to the penthouses. Peace Homes Development, a name previously associated with lagoon-themed complexes in Dubailand, brings this mid-sized project to Jumeirah Village Circle. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027. Rather than competing on height or sheer unit count, the building leans on across-the-board private amenities, which sets it apart from the 300-plus unit towers increasingly common in the area.

180 of the 194 units are studios or one-bedrooms

The split is nearly even: 90 studios ranging from 400 to 450 square feet (37 to 42 sqm) and 90 one-bedroom apartments from 720 to 862 square feet (67 to 80 sqm). Standard two-bedrooms are limited to just 10 units, all listed at 1,312 square feet, around 122 sqm. This mix is clearly built around the rental market. Studios and one-bedrooms make up the bulk of JVC's rental stock, typically leased to young professionals working in Dubai Marina, Al Barsha or Business Bay. That said, the one-bedrooms here run on the larger side for the area, where many recent launches come in under 65 sqm.

Four penthouses with a private rooftop pool

The top of the building holds just four two-bedroom penthouses. Sizes range from 1,800 to 2,406 square feet, or 167 to 224 sqm, each combining a jacuzzi, a large terrace and a private pool. The brochure includes a dedicated roof plan, confirming these units sit on the top floor and rooftop level. With only four units on offer, availability here is tight. For a buyer, this is the only unit type in the project that genuinely breaks away from JVC's standard rental format.

Curved facade and continuous balconies across eleven to twelve floors

The architecture is built around a rounded facade, accentuated by continuous balcony lines that ripple from floor to floor. This stands in contrast to the boxier volumes dominating neighbouring plots. The floor stacking follows a familiar JVC layout: retail at ground level, four podium floors for covered parking, one amenity floor, then residential units above. Sources on the exact floor count differ. The developer's description mentions eleven residential floors, while the brochure lists twelve (floors 2 through 12). Floor plans show two typical unit layouts, one spanning floors 2 to 6 and another from 7 to 11, with floor 12 treated separately. On interiors, the developer points to a neutral, warm palette, without naming specific materials or suppliers.

Outdoor cinema, mini-golf and hammam on the amenity floor

The brochure lists more than twenty amenities, mostly grouped on one dedicated level. These include a shared pool with a floating deck and sun loungers, a kids' pool, a gym, a sauna and a hammam. Three features stand out for a building of this size: an outdoor cinema, a mini-golf course and a library. There are also meeting rooms and a conference room, useful for residents who work from home. The shared jacuzzi feels somewhat redundant, given that every apartment already has its own.

Peace Homes moves from the Dubailand lagoons to JVC

The developer built its name on Peace Lagoons and Peace Lagoons 2, two Dubailand complexes centred on an artificial lagoon. Sky Harmony marks a shift in both scale and location. The choice of JVC is backed by transaction volumes the brochure highlights: 1,731 sales in 2020, rising to 10,996 in 2023 and 13,098 in 2025, putting the area ahead of Business Bay as one of Dubai's most active districts. That volume also points to heavy competition, with dozens of projects under construction nearby. In terms of access, the building sits around 12 minutes from Dubai Marina and 20 minutes from Downtown, via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. Both airports, DXB and Al Maktoum, are listed at roughly 25 minutes by car.
