Developer R.evolution brings 26 years of European experience from Latvia, Germany and Spain to Business Bay with this 65-unit tower. The building includes 3 duplexes and a 22,938 sq ft penthouse, with two-bedroom units starting at 2,188 sq ft. The architecture mimics a mangrove tree, featuring ceramic trunk-like columns and coral-textured bas-reliefs across the lobby and facade. Construction materials undergo radioactivity testing, mold prevention treatment and EMF shielding integration before installation.

The site sits on Marasi Drive, directly facing the Dubai Canal reservoir with unobstructed sightlines toward Burj Khalifa and Downtown. R.evolution states the land was selected after consultation with Vastu Shastra experts who assessed underground energy flows. Drive times to DIFC, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach cluster around 10 to 15 minutes. Business Bay continues to densify with several high-end towers scheduled for delivery between 2026 and 2029 along the same waterfront stretch.
OAD Europe designs biomimetic envelope
Origin Architecture Design (OAD), a European studio, handled the building's exterior and interior concepts. John R Harris and Partners serves as lead design consultant in the UAE. The facade reads as a living organism: ceramic columns branch like roots, while frozen stingrays, turtles and sea urchins punctuate the ground-floor experience. Interior finishes rely on Diano Reale marble with leather finish, Foglie d'Oro parquet in stained oak or walnut, and Australian Paldao veneered cabinetry. All materials are certified non-toxic and eco-friendly.
18,700 sq ft amenity floor with cryosauna and Faraday cave
The wellness level spans over 1,700 sq m and hosts six pools, including an infinity pool with a floating vapor fireplace island. Spa facilities include a Japanese bath, hammam, infrared sauna, herbal sauna, salt sauna, cryosauna and ice bath. Residents can access Ayurveda treatment rooms, a Faraday Mesh cave for EMF-free relaxation and a meditation labyrinth. The outdoor cinema features a projection-mapped waterfall. A tortoise-shaped garden pavilion and a library beneath a giant stingray sculpture complete the communal areas. A 24/7 health and longevity concierge assists with wellness programming.

The three duplexes range from 5,705 to 6,500 sq ft, while the single penthouse tops out at nearly 23,000 sq ft.
