Your missions

Guide a demanding international clientele through new-build and off-plan purchases in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Master our premium project portfolio and the leading developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha…).
Advise on wealth strategy: rental yield, Golden Visa, legal and tax framework.
Run viewings (in person and virtual), negotiate and secure bookings through to handover.
Build and nurture your network of prospects and business introducers.

The profile we're looking for

Excellent interpersonal skills, closing ability and a true results culture.
Experience in real estate, luxury, finance or high-end sales is a plus (ambitious profiles welcome).
Fluent French essential, professional English; a third language is a real asset.
Autonomy, rigour and the drive to perform in an international setting.
Ready to relocate to Dubai.

Your missions

Grow our business in Bali (Canggu, Seseh, Uluwatu…) with an international clientele.
Advise on villa and resort-residence investment: yield, leasehold, rental management.
Select and track the best local projects and developers.
Support each client from the first viewing to signing and putting the property on the rental market.
Be Lucretia's ambassador on the ground and build a network of partners.

The profile we're looking for

Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and a hands-on attitude.
Experience in sales, real estate or hospitality/tourism is a plus.
Fluent French, professional English (Indonesian is a plus).
A feel for luxury and lifestyle, excellent interpersonal skills.
Ready to live the Bali adventure.
