About this project
512 residences overlooking the Meydan Horizon lagoons
Amaal 8 rises 49 residential floors above an eight-level podium shared with its twin tower. The building sits inside Meydan Horizon, a master-planned community featuring four crystal lagoons and a four-kilometre waterfront promenade. Handover is targeted for December 2028. Developer Amaal Emirates partnered with Mansory, the German automotive customisation brand, which lends its name to the residents' lounge, a café bar and selected concierge services. Entry prices start below AED 2 million for a one-bedroom unit, while four-bedroom layouts exceed AED 4 million. The project appeals to families seeking lagoon-side living and investors looking for rental yield along Dubai's eastern corridor.
Ten minutes to Downtown and DXB Airport
Ras Al Khor occupies a strategic position where several arterial roads converge. Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport (DXB) are roughly ten minutes away by car. Dubai Design District (d3) sits five minutes to the north, drawing buyers who work in creative industries. The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is reachable in about fifteen minutes. Adjacent to the development lies Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a protected wetland where flamingos gather each winter. Meydan Racecourse, home to the Dubai World Cup, is within immediate reach. Residents can access Jumeirah Beach via Al Khail Road or Sheikh Zayed Road without passing through the congested Downtown core.
Mansory: from supercar tuning to residential branding
The Mansory partnership differentiates Amaal 8 from neighbouring towers. Founded in Germany in 1989, Mansory built its reputation customising Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Porsches. At Amaal 8, the brand curates an air-conditioned car lounge in the podium, complete with a care system for vehicle maintenance. It also furnishes the café bar and powers a dedicated resident app for concierge requests. This branding targets a male demographic passionate about automobiles, offering a lifestyle environment aligned with their interests. Interior finishes inside the apartments, however, remain under Amaal Emirates' control and do not carry Mansory's direct involvement.
Units from 61 m² to 180 m² across five elevation tiers
The tower offers one to four-bedroom layouts. The smallest one-bedroom measures 662 square feet (about 61 m²), while the largest three-bedroom spans 1,945 square feet (roughly 180 m²). Residences are grouped into five tiers based on floor level: levels 2 to 18 form the first tier, floors 20 to 28 the second, and floors 29 to 38 the third. Above these, the Infinity Collection comprises premium units with private access to select amenities and a showroom-style VIP parking garage. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames views of the crystal lagoon, Dubai Creek Golf Course, Ras Al Khor sanctuary or the Downtown skyline, depending on orientation.
Wellness and family amenities at podium level
The shared podium houses an infinity pool, a 50-metre lap pool and a children's pool. A spa offers steam rooms, saunas and massage areas both indoors and outdoors. Two gyms operate side by side, one enclosed and one open-air, with a dedicated space for female residents. Recreational facilities include a padel court, golf simulator, racing simulator and indoor cinema. Families have access to an outdoor kids' play area and mini-golf. Butler service, room service and a ground-floor boutique are announced, aiming to minimise daily travel by concentrating services on site.
2028 timeline and investor profile
Official handover is scheduled for 30 December 2028, giving buyers a four-year horizon. Freehold status allows foreign nationals to own outright without nationality restrictions. The price range, AED 1.9 million to AED 4.3 million, places Amaal 8 in the upper-mid segment, below Downtown's ultra-premium towers but above mass-market products in Jumeirah Village Circle. Rental investors will favour smaller layouts, highly sought after by expatriates working in nearby free zones. Families are likely to target three and four-bedroom units on higher floors, benefiting from unobstructed lagoon and golf views. A detailed payment plan has not yet been published, but the developer indicates staged instalments during construction.
