Upper-floor residences with private pools on terraces
Standard apartments range from one to three bedrooms across the lower and mid-rise sections. Floors 40 and above host three-, four-, and five-bedroom residences fitted with private plunge pools on oversized terraces. Cavalli's design team specified marble flooring, muted earth tones, and textured wall finishes inspired by the brand's animal-print heritage. Kitchens include integrated high-end appliances. Floor-to-ceiling glazing delivers direct Gulf views westward and Dubai Marina skyline views eastward. Ceiling heights exceed three metres in premium units.
Level 43: infinity pool, flotation pods, hydrotherapy showers
The 43rd floor serves as Bay 2's primary wellness amenity deck. An infinity pool stretches toward the sea horizon. Flotation therapy pods offer zero-gravity relaxation in sensory-deprivation chambers. Walk-through hydrotherapy showers combine temperature variations with pressure jets. Nearby, tropical spa treatment rooms reference Cavalli's jungle motifs, including a banana-leaf body wrap experience. Outdoor glamping tents provide open-air massage and beauty treatments. These amenities target buyers familiar with destination wellness resorts.
Cavalli Museum and fashion atelier inside the podium
Bay 2 includes a dedicated Roberto Cavalli cultural space rarely seen in residential towers. The Cavalli Museum displays archival fashion pieces and traces the brand's evolution since the 1970s. An adjacent Art and Fashion Studio allows residents to design custom garments using Cavalli fabrics. A virtual fitting room enables try-ons of current collections without physical samples. DAMAC Properties first partnered with Roberto Cavalli in 2015 for Just Cavalli Villas at Akoya Oxygen. The Dubai-based developer reports approximately 47,000 homes delivered since 2002, with over 33,000 units currently under development as of December 2023. Co-branding with fashion houses (Versace, de Grisogono, Cavalli) remains a core differentiation strategy against mass-market competitors like Emaar. Bay 2's 2028 handover allows buyers extended post-handover payment plans, spreading capital commitment across several years.
