A football club's identity engineered into every floor plate and amenity
Chelsea Residences 2 goes beyond logo placement on a glass facade. DAMAC Properties collaborated with Chelsea Football Club to design a residential complex where corridors, lounges, wellness facilities and even the beach carry the club's visual DNA. The project comprises three towers rising to 33, 30 and 33 residential floors respectively, each built on a two-level podium. Located in Dubai Maritime City, the development sits adjacent to phase 1, bringing the total to six towers on this waterfront plot. Handover is scheduled for December 2029, with a payment structure starting at 20% down followed by staged installments through construction.
Blue sand imported from club branding into reality
Chelsea Lion Beach replaces traditional golden sand with cobalt-blue grains, a direct translation of the club's signature color into physical landscape. The beach club adjacent to it, named Chelsea Blue, offers cabanas, loungers and a bar facing the Arabian Gulf. An artificial coral reef frames the swimming zone, combining underwater-inspired vegetation with tropical landscaping. The result is a shoreline that doubles as an Instagram backdrop and a functional amenity for residents seeking coastal access without leaving the premises.
Rooftop pitch and LED facade synchronized with live matches
The Stamford Summit sits on the roof of one tower, a full-size football pitch offering 360-degree views of Dubai's skyline. Players can train or compete as the sun sets over the gulf. Inside the podium, a high-tech simulation room lets residents refine their technique using motion capture and virtual match scenarios. The Victory Beacon system connects the building's LED facade to Chelsea FC's live match feed. When the team scores, the entire structure erupts in a light show visible across Dubai Maritime City and beyond.
Recovery protocols borrowed from professional sports medicine
Serenity Spa operates on principles drawn from elite athlete recovery centers. A cryotherapy chamber offers rapid muscle recovery. The Kneipp Parkour alternates hot and cold foot baths to boost circulation. A water treatment tunnel lets residents walk beneath flowing jets, while rain therapy simulates a tropical downpour for stress relief. Forest Relaxation Pods apply the Japanese concept of shinrin-yoku, surrounding users with greenery and natural sounds. A halotherapy room disperses microscopic salt particles intended to improve respiratory function.
Fine dining calibrated for macronutrient targets
Dubai's first healthy fine dining restaurant occupies space within the development, serving dishes that meet strict nutritional criteria without compromising on presentation. The Captain's Table operates as a residents-only venue where former Chelsea captains and players host intimate dinner events. Sunset Bar provides cocktails and non-alcoholic options against a gulf backdrop during golden hour. A mono-diet café complements these venues with targeted meal plans for specific dietary regimes.
Units from 72 to 189 sqm priced below established waterfronts
Floor plans range from one-bedroom apartments averaging 72 square meters to three-bedroom units at 189 square meters. Interiors use a light palette, natural materials and restrained accent pieces. The Legends Collection offers themed apartments dedicated to Lampard, Zola, Drogba and Terry, each featuring visual references to the player's career. Pricing sits between AED 2,474 and AED 2,807 per square foot depending on configuration. This positions Chelsea Residences 2 at the upper end of Maritime City's market while remaining below the per-square-foot rates of Dubai Canal or Dubai Harbour.
