Greencrest is a single building: a ground floor, a podium and twenty residential storeys. Emaar Properties posted a market capitalisation of AED 114 billion for the 2024 financial year and a net profit of AED 17.5 billion. The group states it has delivered more than 118,400 residential units worldwide, with close to 50,500 more currently under development. It is also the master developer of Dubai Hills Estate itself, which brings a level of consistency between the wider community plan and this new building. That control over the surrounding land and infrastructure lowers the uncertainty around what the area will look like at handover. For a 2029 purchase, that's a concrete factor to weigh.
