Vida Residences Dubai Marina is not a standard strata building. Emaar Properties attached its Vida lifestyle brand to a 57-storey residential tower handed over in November 2022. Residents get access to a concierge desk, hotel-style service and restaurants at the base of the tower, all managed in-house rather than through a third-party operator. The building sits directly opposite the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, one of the busiest berthing points in the emirate. Units range from one to four bedrooms, with layouts built around views of the water and the bay.

Timber and glass on a nautical-themed facade

The tower makes a clear visual statement: timber panels cover parts of the walls as a nod to the district's maritime history, paired with glazed facades that let light reach deep into the units. This mix of wood and glass gives the building a look distinct from the all-mirror towers lining the marina. The interiors follow the same approach, with contemporary finishes and colour palettes kept deliberately understated. Emaar describes the intent as a calm atmosphere rather than a showy statement. This shows most clearly on the upper floors, where gulf light floods into the living rooms.

Five minutes from JBR Beach and Marina Mall

The address connects straight into Dubai's main road network. JBR Beach and Dubai Marina Mall are listed at five minutes away, with Palm Jumeirah and Ibn Battuta Mall at ten minutes. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the international airport are roughly twenty minutes out.
