IRTH Group and Rove Hotels have partnered to develop Rove Home Dubai Marina, occupying one of the final parcels available in the neighbourhood. Hospitality design firm Zebra handled interior specifications, drawing on a waterfront palette of pale woods, soft blues and textured neutrals. Art accents from Studio Feel punctuate common areas and corridors. Each apartment ships complete with furniture, appliances, broadband and a smart-home control system. Concierge service, rentable guest rooms and communal smart gardens extend the branded-residence concept beyond private quarters. EV charging bays and bicycle storage cater to mobility trends increasingly relevant to young professionals.
Target buyer: remote workers and short-let investors
The unit mix skews towards studios and one-bedrooms, a deliberate play for single professionals and couples seeking turnkey accommodation. Rove's hospitality DNA supports short-term rental strategies, potentially through Rove's own booking channels. The location is transit-rich: JLT tram stop and DMCC metro are each under five minutes away, linking residents to DIFC and Downtown in roughly 20 minutes. DXB airport sits 25 minutes by car.
