About this project
The tower in The Edit triptych built around sport and recovery
Meraas has split three distinct functions across the three towers of The Edit at d3, and Tower B has been given health. A boxing studio, a yoga room, a meditation space and a fully equipped wellness club occupy its podium, alongside an infinity pool and a lap pool. The building has three basement levels, a ground floor and thirty-seven residential floors, with one to four-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom penthouses at the top. Handover is set for 30 August 2030, on a freehold basis. The development sits along the Creek, in the first and largest design district in the region.
Boxing, meditation and two pools in a single building
Tower B doesn't settle for a generic gym offering. The health club acts as the backbone of the programme, with dedicated studios for boxing and meditation on top of yoga. The two pools serve different purposes: a resort-style family pool on the upper level and a lap pool below it. On top of that there's an indoor and outdoor gym and a wellness terrace set within the sky gardens. This is a lineup built for people who treat training as part of their daily routine, not something added to a brochure for effect.
A padel court, cinema and library shared across three towers
The shared amenities are spread across the whole complex, not just Tower B. Residents get access to a padel court, a private cinema room, a coworking space paired with a gallery, and an event lounge. Families have an indoor and outdoor kids' club, a teen club with an arcade, lounge and library, plus play areas. The sky gardens carve recesses into each tower's vertical face, creating elevated gathering spots, cabanas and barbecue zones called California Rooms. A double-height lobby and direct access to the promenade round out the podium.
Six minutes from Dubai Mall, seven from Downtown
Dubai Design District sits at a pivotal spot between Business Bay, Downtown and the Creek. From The Edit, Dubai Mall is a six-minute drive away, Downtown Dubai and City Walk are seven minutes out, Burj Khalifa and Business Bay are ten, and DIFC is twelve. DXB Airport is a quarter of an hour away. The neighbourhood itself is organised into five zones (The Creekside, The Sanctuary, The Mindspace, Soho and Design HQ), each with its own character, from a sports park to the mangroves bordering the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. This kind of proximity to a bird sanctuary in the heart of Dubai is unusual for a project this central.
Rounded facades and continuous balconies, the Meraas signature
The three towers form what the brochure calls a choreographed triad. Softened angles, rounded corners and continuous balcony lines shape silhouettes that echo one another along the skyline. The terraces ripple, and the raised gardens deliberately blur the line between greenery and concrete. Inside, Meraas leans on natural materials and soft tones, with panoramic windows opening onto the waterfront and skyline views. The developer, behind Bluewaters Residences and the BVLGARI Residences, applies its usual approach here: limited series in standout locations.
Who this tower actually suits
Splitting the towers by function changes how a buyer should read this project. Tower A leans into entertainment and creativity, Tower C is aimed at families, and Tower B speaks first to people who build their lives around sport and recovery. A working couple without kids, a creative professional based in d3, or an investor betting on the scarcity of a district still under construction all find concrete reasons here. The larger layouts, from two to four bedrooms plus the penthouses, also target family buyers ready to trade a house for vertical living and shared services. The distant 2030 handover points to a patient investment horizon rather than a quick resale.

Dubai Design District

Dubai Design District (D3) is one of Dubai's most distinctive mixed-use communities, purpose-built by TECOM Group to foster creativity, design, art, and fashion. Located adjacent to Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, D3 has evolved from a purely commercial creative hub into a vibrant residential neighborhood.
With the launch of Design Quarter by Meeras — the first residential project in D3 — and an ambitious 18 million sq ft masterplan targeting LEED Silver certification, Dubai Design District is positioned as one of the most exciting investment destinations in the UAE.
