A G+7 building sold as a single bulk deal for AED 210 million

Shore at Lunaya Terraces stands out right away for the way it's being brought to market. The entire building is offered as a bulk deal, 105,404 sq ft for AED 210,502,450, with an expression of interest (EOI) deposit set at 5%. This is a product built for a single buyer, not for unit by unit sales. Zaya is developing the project with FIVE Holdings in Saih Shuaib 1, part of the Jebel Ali district along Sheikh Zayed Road. Handover is set for December 2029, with the official launch date and further details still to come.

Seven residential floors above the ground level
