A swimmable lagoon on the podium, a first for Dubai

DAMAC Properties has deliberately capped Couture by Cavalli at 95 units spread across sixteen residential floors, a podium and a rooftop level. The tower sits along the Dubai Water Canal, in the Safa Park area, with its visual identity handed to the Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli. Every apartment comes with its own infinity pool and a terrace garden, a rare standard even within Dubai's high end segment. The podium houses what the developer describes as the longest swimmable lagoon ever built into a tower in the city. Handover is set for June 30, 2027, on a freehold basis.

Three artificial islands on the podium

The podium level is built around a cluster of three islands, each with its own purpose. The first holds the gym, the second a spa with floating treatment cabins, the third a fine dining restaurant reachable on foot from the apartments. The lagoon linking these islands is billed as a first for the local market, with no other Dubai tower having built a swimmable water feature of this length at this level. The podium also includes a floating juice bar, cabanas, a cigar lounge and club rooms. All of it sits within a tropical style garden, drawing on Cavalli's signature patterns and the imagery of the Amazon rainforest.

Three to five bedrooms, plus six bedroom penthouses

The unit mix stays tight. Floors 1 through 16 hold three, four and five bedroom apartments, while six bedroom penthouses sit at the top of the tower. Every single unit comes with its own private infinity pool and terrace garden. The penthouses go a step further with their own sky pool, an individual hanging garden and direct private access from each home. Views take in the Dubai Canal, the city skyline and Safa Park. The total count capped at 95 residences creates built in scarcity for this type of product.

Statuario marble, Ghiaccio Ice and bronze inserts

The interiors lean on natural stone and a light palette. The materials spec sheet for a five bedroom apartment lists Statuario marble, Ghiaccio Ice marble flooring, Vivid Green marble trim and Green Anasian marble for the bar counter. Metal details are done in bronze, and the entrance pairs leather effect wallpaper with fluted Statuario on the bar front. Each residence gets custom made chandeliers. The developer notes that finishes shown in the brochure may change depending on material availability, a standard clause for this kind of scheme.

Eight minutes from Burj Khalifa

Couture by Cavalli sits on the 3.2 km stretch of the Dubai Canal, which links the Creek in old Dubai to the Arabian Gulf. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are roughly eight minutes away. DIFC and Meydan's The Stables are listed at twelve minutes, with Dubai International Airport (DXB), Dubai Harbour and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club at sixteen minutes. Palm Jumeirah is an eighteen minute drive. For owners flying private, the Jetex VIP terminal is about thirty five minutes away. This central location puts the tower within easy reach of the city's business and leisure hubs.

A rooftop reserved for owners

The top level holds the tower's most exclusive amenities. It features a sky party terrace with infinity pools, a cafe and a bar, along with the private hanging gardens attributed to the penthouses. This elevated party terrace sits alongside the rooftop pool available to residents. The positioning is clearly aimed at wealthy buyers drawn to the Cavalli name and the small number of units on offer. DAMAC has been building out this kind of brand partnership across its recent projects, from Bay by Cavalli at Dubai Harbour to the de Grisogono towers in Business Bay, and Couture extends that strategy to the canal front at Safa Park.
